We produce all types of springs in round wire, mainly in wire sizes from 0,30 mm. to 16,00 mm.
W always keep wire in this wire range on stock in qualities like EN10270-SH – also galvanized, EN10270-3 1,4310, EN10270-3 1,4401, EN10270-3 1,4462.
What we don´t have on stock, normally we can get it. Materials like Inconel, Hasteloy & MP35N are not kept in stock, but will be ordered as needed.
Compression springs, extension springs, torsions springs, conical springs, rings, clips, bended wire parts etc. are produced with high precision at our CNC Coilers.
In our production we are dynamic and flexible and we do a lot of set up changes in spring type and wire sizes every day. This ensures you a normal lead time of around 2 weeks for most orders.
We often meet clients with low quantity demands asking us how low we go in quantity. The answer to that is that “we are not able to produce less than one spring…” we have special set-up for these low quantity orders of simple springs, that makes fromday to day delivery our standard.
